O God, we praise and give thanks to You for You created us and all things in heaven and earth. God gave humans to be a master of creatures to care for and protect them. When humans have committed crimes, they also influenced creatures. As a consequence, God had to purify the earth with the Great Flood. Only the family of Noah and living things were rescued. God wanted Noah to sustain the life of the creatures. We are descendants of Noah, so we have also to be responsible for caring for and protecting creatures. May God help us to do this in our lives. Amen.
